Hendrick Polanco My Deepest Condolences November 20, 2018

My deepest condolences.  May these few words from the Holy Scriptures bring you comfort in your time of grief...

John 11:32-45

32 And so Mary, when she arrived where Jesus was and caught sight of him, fell at his feet, saying to him: “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” 33 Jesus, therefore, when he saw her weeping and the Jews that came with her weeping, groaned in the spirit and became troubled; 34 and he said: “Where have YOU laid him?” They said to him: “Lord, come and see.” 35 Jesus gave way to tears. 36 Therefore the Jews began to say: “See, what affection he used to have for him!” 37 But some of them said: “Was not this [man] that opened the eyes of the blind man able to prevent this one from dying?”

38 Hence Jesus, after groaning again within himself, came to the memorial tomb. It was, in fact, a cave, and a stone was lying against it.39 Jesus said: “TAKE the stone away.” Martha, the sister of the deceased, said to him: “Lord, by now he must smell, for it is four days.”40 Jesus said to her: “Did I not tell you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” 41 Therefore they took the stone away. Now Jesus raised his eyes heavenward and said: “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 True, I knew that you always hear me; but on account of the crowd standing around I spoke, in order that they might believe that you sent me forth.” 43 And when he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice: “Laz´a·rus, come on out!” 44The [man] that had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his countenance was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them: “Loose him and let him go.”

45 Therefore many of the Jews that had come to Mary and that beheld what he did put faith in him;

Tirrell Honablew My Thoughts and Prayers March 29, 2011
I'm stopping by to send my condolences to each and every person whose family was affected by these deaths.  I didn't know either two of the guys, but I've gotten a chance to meet the mother of Lennis Jr. today.  We actually work for the same agency, and met today for the first time.  She was so kind and wanted a second of my time, to ask if I were saved, then she told me about her son.  I too was in a similar situation as Lennis and the other guys, but luckily the robbers decided to let us go and just leave.  I do believe today that was by the grace of God that I am still here.  Even though I am not saved, I do love Lord and have recently started going back to church.  I just had to stop through and say a few things because it was very heartfelt as I read the brochure from Mrs. Harris. My prayers are still with you guys and your families.

Lennis!! OMG! OMG!OMG!!! Is what I continue to say eventhough it will be 5 years next month. I just wish things could of been so different. I think about you soooo much and sometimes I have to catch myself and wonder is it normal to grieve this long. We shared lots of memories together and had a special bond. Lennis, I pray for your family and sometimes when I recognize them I want to speak just to tell them that you were an AWESOME friend to me. I hope you are proud of me honey because I have been really "good." Sometimes I am cracking up thinking of the times we had at Fiesta or the Supper Club having a good time with together. I just wish I could of talked to you one last time that day before you were brutally taken from all the friends and family that love you. Ok ok... I won't keep going on forever so I am going to stop. I miss youuuuuuuu though My Lennis Harris!!! RIP FRANK!

Love, Na

I would like to say that Lennis was a great person. We spent alot of time together when we were in middle and high school. We played sports together and we hung out. Lennis changed my life. I talk to Lennis all the time and I know he is looking down on me and his family. When temptation comes, sometimes I can hear Lennis telling me to do the right thing.  I call on him when I need him sometimes, and I am convinced that God works through him.

To his mother,

I remember coming to the house and he always had respect for you, and he always talked about you. I remember that you treated us like your own, and we always felt love when you were around. Everyone loved Lennis!

Donna-maria I'm thinking of you. November 5, 2008
I think about you so often and my heart grieves.  I keep you in my prayers.  I laugh often when I think of the conversations we had and the unique and interesting way you looked at things.  When I talk to Gary and Blair about you, I always remind them that no matter what the situation was, you never lied.  You owned your actions and didn't make petty excuses.  I always thought that was so honorable.  There was never any doubt that you really, really loved your mom, your sister and your Dad. I know you looked out for Tobias, Gary and Blair, too.  Thank you.  You live on in my heart and in my mind, and I look forward to seeing you again in the resurrection.  I love you.
